I have afro hair that I style using a twist sponge. I've been growing my hair for 6 months and I've noticed that the edges around my temples are weaker and thinner than the rest of my hair which is otherwise very healthy. I have been taking biotin and drinking lots of water and I hope that will help but I've been really depressed thinking I'll have to cut my hair and start again. What should I do?
