They should be ok if you only crocheted a couple of times. But stop palm rolling. It only does 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it often, it doesn't create lasting knots. If you do it enough to create knots, it can irrevocably destroy your roots. I posted a video on my page of what only 2 weeks of palm rolling did to my locks.
Welcome. Crocheting is extremely damaging, though. It doesn't actually help locks mature. It just rips your hairs into smaller and smaller pieces which makes your locks weaker and weaker.
How many times did you do it? It can be healed to a point. But continuing crocheting can lead to locks snapping off at places, even at the root, leaving a bald spot.

just means its making it dread more then kb was
well the crochet if tight delays progress by 6 months if they loosened yiur ok palm rollings pointless however
with shrinkage theres too too many factors to guess the longer and curlier the more it shrinks
ive seen waist length hair shrink to the ears

cant tell if u have rubber bands in or not looks like u do if so take them out! they cause a dozen diferent problems
