unsigned non commercial music

years ago i threw away my radio so sick and tired of the commercial garbage played over and over till it drove you crazy.sure there were still some bands i liked hearring..rarely (usualy on a cross country trip cruising through the heartland when u cant find nuthin but country its a relief to hear something u remember from way back when that isnt about a pickuptruck)in the past i dunno how many years now ive avoided all commercial music as much as possible, preffering only unsigned non commercial groups, almost always live.music thats played for the love of music not to sell gold records to mindless teennieboppers who eat up every new trendy pop star.alotta the music i listen to now comes outta gathyerings like http://rainbowtribe.net or off the streets or in coffeehousesits amazing to me that some of the best music with the most soul comes from the truly unknown songwritters just wailing out theyre heartsongs just cause they gotta sing just to create beauty release emotion and spread a message.and the so called pop superstars just pump out more and more meaningless garbage all the time.its gotten to the point that im generaly annoyed by most of what is on the radio and listened to by the massses
