I didn't ask him about the pathological thing-I was still trying to wrap my head around the other two words. lol I figured he catagortized it as being REALLY REALLY bad, as I of course already knew how much I slept. Thanks for your interest!
What shampoo do you recommend? My scalp is itchy but no dandruff. Thanks, and I seriously am trying to get a photo of my head - it's just quite difficult when your camera is a cell phone. lol

i would not use clarifying shampoo the are harsh residue strippers and highly toxic
