men baldness and dreadlocks

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

I am having one friend, he desparetly desires to have dreadlocks, but he is having weak hair and he is having start of mens baldnes. We are planing to do just little of twist and rip to form sections, and then leave them alone. He is having straight long hair. How safe is that for his hair, and do we have here on site somebody who is having mans baldnes issues and don't give a shit to that?

I am not sure. I work with lanoline in making skin care products. For lanoline is significant that it can take in it lot of water, by that it woud be hard to wash it of hair. It goes in cathegor of waxes in pharmacy- Adeps Lanae..so as wax, I woud not put it in dreadlocks.
