Thank you!!! i have one more question. how much do they shrink? im not really sure what to expect on my dreadlock adventures.

Hi there! I just recently did my whole head. its like day 3? i think. but as i've read I kept the top and ends of my hair lose and the middle is tight. but now i have little whispys of hair sticking out on the top of my head and it makes my hair look messy. I can live with that im just curious if theres any way i can make them look a little more clean or will that all happen over time? and also about how long does it take for your hair to actually lock in and look good?

yeah Id rather get them started then do it naturally because my hair gets toogreasyfor me to do it naturally
and im too impatient

Hi so I have pretty much all my hair dreaded except for the top. . i was just thinking that it would be easier to manage my hair if I had ALL of it in dread locks so i have like a total of 16 dreads in my hair but the way its allsectionedwould not look good if i did the last of my hair so my question is, is it too late to brush out my dreads to restart? Its been a month and I did the twist and rip method. Thanks for all that give input

HEY what did you guys do with the ends of your hair when you were first starting to dread it? when i got to the end i just folded it and put a rubberband on it but now i have to take the bands out so do i just let my ends do whatever they please?

oh okay no more palm rolling for me! haha thanks guys! I have beads and rubber bands in.. i read in numerous websites to use rubberbands until they form..should i cut them out then? I'd rather listen to real people who know what there doing vers a website. Thanks for all the advice guys!

its only day 4 but im so excited for them to lock in and actually become dreads! I decided I wanted to ease into it so i only did the bottom on my hair let me know what you think!

i put in a photo with my top hair and bottom pulled back so you can see the dreads i've made in the middle and another photo with all my hair down then a third one just for fun let me know what you think please!
