Diet change, need help!

Dreads and Diets

Hey guys!

I want to change my diet, to live more healthy. I need some tips on what to eat for breakfast and lunch. I am not going to replace dinner as I live at a hostfamily, and I find that rude, that they cook for me, and I just reject it.

At the moment I eat;

Breakfast.

1 sandwich with Peanut butter and banana on wholemeal bread, and sometimes i have a protein shake after, as i dont getenough protein duringthe day.

Lunch is normallya baguettewith either chicken, mayo and lettuce, or Tuna, mayo and sweetcorn.

Dinner is whatever my host family cooks for me..

Drinking wise, I dont drink alcohol, and I drink plenty of water duringthe day. Isometimes drink ginger beer, andchai tea.

What should I add and stop eating?

Please help!

Dreadlock dandruff problem! HELP

Dread Maintenance

Guys.. How do you get rid of Dandruff?

I use the BS with oils, and ACV rinse after. Been doing it for a month now. And my dandruff has only got worse. Now.. I have this shampoo, which I know will get rid of my dandruff. So I HAVE to use that for now until something else comes up. Any suggestions?!

Rubbing scalp : smell :(

Dread Maintenance

I wash it 2 times a week. BS and ACV.

Well it could be from today. I dryed my hair, and went out, but it was raining, so i put my hoodie on.

Shampoo advice!

Dreads Hair and Scalp Health

Hello!

- Im fairly new to the dreadlock scene tbh. I've had dreadlocks for about a good 6 months now.

Anyways, my questions is; What shampoo should I use to wash them with? I'm based in the UK, if that makes any difference?

Before you guys mention the 'baking soda' I don't have the chance to be able to use that method of various reasons.

So what should I use?
