I get seriously bad bed head. Totaly wont go over well in a job situation. Any ways to fight it or is it ok for me to wet my head down all the time?

I wouldnt wet it down all the time, just when you shower. I work 2 service jobs dealing with lots of customers alll day. youll be fine Use a headband, and then tie it back. (my 'headband' is the hem of an old shirt i just tied the ends together, fold it in half, and viola! head band.) ) good luck on your journey!
