Well, I dunno if this helps...Samson had Seven Locks....LOCKS. Yep.
Alotta people had dreads all through out written history and I'm sure even prior to. If someone wants to associate dreads with something...then it's their freedom to do so. But...I feel it to be somewhat ignorant, as when you boil it down...dreads are simply the natural way human, ALL HUMAN (not ethnically specific human) hair goes about ordering itself. Sure race has something to do with it, as different races do factually have different hair types.
Bottom line, at least for me and alotta dreadies I know in person...it's natural, and the way we and our hair was designed to take care of itself.
Also, Solomon was a glorious King in the beginning, but towards the end of his reign, he sough companionship from strange women who made his heart and mind drift away from the teachings of his ancestors and the way of God. This, the rumor is, is where the Lesser and Greater Keys of Solomon came about, as well as some other very esoteric writings.
