I decided to do VERY gentle t&r on my sectioned hair. Even though I was being very gentle, I noticed after I was done that there were a bunch of little broken off hair pieces on my lap. My hair has a lot of damage from being dyed quite a bit, but I didn't think the t&r would amplify the breakage. Anyway, I was wondering what is best to keep it moisturized to heal the breakage without making my hair silky smooth!
I have Vicky's locking gel. I was thinking that might help! I also won't be using any sea salt spray. Should I just use oils and let the t&r untangle??? Fixing the damage is top priority! I don't care if the t&r comes undone, I just don't want my dreads breaking off in the future if this problem doesn't get solved!!
