The liquid soap is better in my opinion because when water gets on bar soap it starts melting away and that is just a huge waste to me. The tea tree is the best for hair but they're all great. But you really should consider the baking soda and ACV rinse like Emily said! Make sure that you rinse, rinse, and rinse well! =)
