apple snails

so i wake up this morning and my apple snail is laying eggs she is the only one i have except for a population of lake snails that we got when my bf got a few plants from the lake and the apple snail can crush them so i doubt highly that they bred with her. so I'm wandering if she is a-sexual or just been holding her eggs for the past year. here are some pics

she hasn't been around a male in over a year so idk this is confusing because pet smart told me they were hermaphrodite
