I need some tips for sleeping

I too was always in the habit of pulling my hair back for bed, I hated it down to sleep. I tried pulling it back for the first couple of months of dreading. I read on here that it helps the dreading process to keep it down while sleeping so I started leaving it down. I even tried lying on my hair so when I toss and turn it knots more. I am so glad I read that because it worked. My hair started dreading much faster. It does get easier as time goes by but just think, once they're dreaded you can tie them up to sleep again. lol. Good Luck!

I will keep trying, thank you all for the suggestions. I tried throwing it up over the pillow last night ..it was really annoying. Even wearing them down during the day is going to take some getting used to

I have been sleeping with it loose ...getting used to it..thank you everyone for your help. I try to wear it down during the day too but sometimes feel the need to pull it back. I like the feeling of no hair in my face
