Sea salt spray and lockin up shampoo

I got my shampoo and spray ordered and it should be here in a few days, can any one tell me how to use these products together and how often to use them please? Like how often to use the spray and how long to leave it in before washing it out and how often to wash my hair and how often to I just wet it in the shower? Oh and my three day update is, my hair is starting to group on its own and tangle and starting to "lay down"
