okay so my hair is frizzy and when i touch my hair,it feels dry but idk if its because im just feeling frizz or if it's my actual hair.my actual hair feels like its soft but with the frizz,its feels kinda dry. is that normal?i spritz my hair with water and oils two times a day so my shouldnt be THAT dry but im not sure.
it doesnt feel like it when i squeeze on it

i thought you ment physically wet and dry, not dry hair. two different types of dry my bad.
if you put that much oil on your hair every day it wont be dry, I would not spritz so much too. IDK why it would feel dry besides the fact that its not wet.
