So I have only had my dreads for alittle over a month now and they are already causing problems. At first before the dreads I was working 40 hours a week normal, but after I got my dreads I got cut back too 16 hours, and thats just not going to work for me. So I was wondering if any one else has had this is problem, because it really bothers me that people judge others like that.

Josh, I'm sure you're not alone in this by any means, people are generally going to judge you if you don't meet their standards of conformity. I'm 56 years young and have been dealing with this same thing in one form or another all my life. In the early 60s it was Beatle haircuts and on and on and on........ it's always amazed me how people will judge and percieve you simply by your hairstyle without looking any deeper at the person you are. The sad thing is that it'll prolly always be that way. Sorry to hear bout your job Brother, namaste'
