but I am somehow not too worried because my hair is very short (10 cm for the longest dreads) so I feel like it will grow out pretty fast... maybe I am mistaken.
What shampoo do you think then?

welcome unfortunately crochet was a huge mistake, if its tight it will delay dreading by 6 months, and take 3 years to recover from.. make sure you never crochet again, it causes EXTREME damage
i can think of a few marginally safe shampoos available there. the best is hand made here though
