Thank you and thank you for the advices!
I used to have many hair problems before. My hair is very thick and used to be extremely oily, until I ditched commercial shampoos and stop washing so often many years ago. My hair is now very healthy and strong, I never get breakage or split end and it looks good! I only started using baking soda one year ago, my hair still looks strong and I think because of the natural oily nature of my hair, the baking soda agrees with it quite well. It feels the cleanest with this method but i have to agree that my scalp doesn't like it so much and now feels over sensitive, so I'm happy to try something else (natural). I will try to see if I can find the soap bar your recommend in my area (I have black hair). I have been using acv for many years though as a rinse on the end of my hair (not on scalp) and from what I can tell it only makes my hair super healthy and shining, my hair is almost as thick as trees I stopped using it a month ago though as I suspected it might make my hair too soft for the locking process and I feel like my hair is indeed maybe locking a bit more now....
About the frequency of washing, I dont think I will ever be bothered to wash my hair more than twice a week, also I think the scalp get overstimulated (and then oily) if I wash more.
I will put up some pictures of my hair soon !
welcome BUT DON'T WASH THAT WAY!!11 biggest mistake i ever made wss washing with that 2nd biggest was suggesting it
it destroyed my hair made it so weak it was almost decintegrating
i was losing 10 inch dread chinks DAILY
oh and you need to be washing a minimum of 4 times as often 8 or more times as oftens even better
www.dreadlockshampoo.com is by far best option liquid for young dreads (unless black) bars for mature or any stage if black
the baking soda eats off yor skin
the acv disolves your hair
they are way too harsh to use
