Thanks! I just finally finished my whole head yesterday. I used the t&r method, it works so much better than back-combing and is easier on your hands. I used saltwalter today and like to palm roll them when wet. That may help with the frizzies. Now to just let them do their thang!

hey there lovely, so glad to hear ya finally took the plunge!!! mine are about 8 months and they are soooo different then when i started 'em--it's pretty cool to see all the stages they go thru...can't wait to see pictures of you pretty new 'do!!!

well that depends what u mean if you mean reach maturity dreadstake a year or more to mature no msatter what but it will dread up fairly fast progress wont be measured in days tho
yea i bet ya do nutragena anti residue or suave clarifying will remove all that buildup then just never go back use pure aloe only to moistuirize as needed no more
nah not really but it will be healthier and last longer twisting all the time can weaken the roots cause em to break and eventualu cause traction alopecia if u ignore that u can get permenant baldness around the dreads also the salons told u not to wash? u want to wash wasg=hing helps em dread salons like to draw it out make it harder then it hads o be so they can charghe u a ton salon dreads in the end can cost thousands and be severely damaged

the helmet can flatten them and sweats actualy good for em but u dont want to leave it on so wash or t least rinse
and u should wash weekly at least

yes well close you can and probably should seperate still every week or 2 or 3 is fine just pull them away from eachother when wet
as close to freeform as u can get is best
you'll save a hell of alot of $ too
