i use the shampoo almost every time i use the baking soda only if say i get extremely dirty or my scalp gets real bad for some reason it is great for removing dead dry skin so in those rare times my scalop acts up imm use it but so far its only been a couple times a year
go with what feels right at the time change the wash according to your hairs needs that time
