It's normal for the loose hairs around the face the dread slowest, using the hook will create more loose hairs. Just leave them alone it's not that hard. They really don't need to support

btw didnt mean to scare u with the you gotta start over thing it is the best thing u could do but u can dewax and save em although its in no way easy. u might need months of effort to get most of it outthe spray we have works very well but still takes time and effort thats why i say its better to start over so they start clean and wax free then can dread right at a much faster pace

never use a nappy locs tool or any other tool period u see how tight yours wwere at the scalp
that caiuses traction alopecia and balding the napyloc tool is interlocking 1 of the absolute worse things u can ever do
thats why they all look like they are going bald
