oh you said you use not used so you have a lot of wax buildup ..how many times have you used it ..you might neeed to use the waxc b gone many times to be sure its out beeswax is extra hard to remove
welcome but wax is a dread killer even 1 use you need to get wax b gone to remove it! but you should also wash a lot more often weekly is a minimum and that wax is really impossible to get out without wax b gone..its nasty stuff
