ok thats alot more helpfull this added info helps us determine whats the best course of action 1st stop palm rolling yiur only adding to the issues 2nd if u havent done wax removakl then do it right away and agressivly
the interlocking maybe the biggest concern however theres not much that can be done about it after a few days except hope for the best so now really just remove the wax and seperare as needed and do nothing else is what u should do oh but 1st call the loctician and explain how bad all thay crap is and why
