Now I am done using the method due to what I have been hearing and reading the long term effects of using the method. I am hoping now to go natural with a salon look to it if that makes sense and is even possible! Hopefully, I can use this communities advice and achieve nice healthy looking dreads!
As far as washing, Nuetrogena shampoo is very toxic, and anti residue shampoo is different from non residue shampoo. Non residue shampoo's don't leave residue. Anti residue ones strip oils away, but leave a residue of their own.
welcome but actualy interlocking is the worse method ill exolain why but u nefver had to use anything else nor use any method period all hair dreads itself free interlocking creates weak spots it also thins the roots pulls the roots way too tight so the scalp stops growing hair and u get traction alopecia and balding it also removes all elasticity at the interlock points so they becime snap points a hard tug will break them there cause theres no shock absorbtion and the point is also a mimumum of 30% weaker
