Welcome. Palm rolling only does 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it a lot, it will not create lasting knots. If you do do it a lot, and do see lasting knots, it completely destroys your locks. I posted a video on my page about what only 2 weeks of palm rolling did to mine. 6 years later, I am still trying to fix the damage

palm rolling is completely pointless it does nothing at all unless u do it enough to cause harm
