Alright! Thanks one more thing. Is putting my dreads up gonna effect anything? There are just some times I need them out my face or food so I put the up in a pony tail.
palm roll does nothing that lasts it seems to help for a few hours or a sxay but then u have to do it again and thats wg=hbere the harm comes in thinning the roots causing weak spots..in all hair the besat thing you can ever do is leave it alone..let it dread u=itself only wash and seperate nothing else

Does it really? I found certain techniques work better for diifferent types of hair. But for me, cause I have naturally very fine thin hair, twist and pull works beat fallowed by the palm roll. More opinions? Thank you:)

yur dreads lok ni=ce but wiukdnt bther palm rolling it does nothing worthwhile and can cause harm lkong term
welcome the best thing u can do ids not try techniques just leave em aklone do nothing but wash and seperate and thats it
