Welcome. Just a few pointers. The Lemon juice is a bad call. Lemon and limes are citric acid. While not strong on the scale of strong acids, it is more than enough to seep into your hair follicles and degrade your hair from the inside out. People use lemon juice to lighten their hair, which is actually how the damage first shows up. It makes your hair brittle and weak over time.
As for the rolling. I assume you mean palm rolling. Unfortunately, this method only does 1 of 2 things. If you do it sparingly, and gently, it does nothing to create lasting knots. But if you do it enough to see progress, it is actually doing a lot of harm to your roots. It thins them out, and by the time you notice (about 1 year later), it's pretty much too late. I palm rolled for only the first 2 weeks, and 8 years later I'm still trying to fix the damage. What you end up with is a lock with tons of thin spots, which can easily snap under slight pressure
