welcome but crochet hooks should never be alowed to touch dreads its a huge mistake that causes extreme harm and delaYS ALL PROGRESS BY 6 MONTHS..THERE WILL BE ZERO DREADING FIR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS WHILE THEY GET EXTRA MESSY EXTRA FRIZZY FROM ALL THE BROKEN HAIRS POPPING IUT
Welcome. But I feel like I need to warn you that crocheting is the most damaging thing for starting and maintaining locks. It does irreparable damage each and every time you pass the hook through your locks. Each pass rips hundreds of hairs into smaller pieces. This weakens your locks to the point that they can actually snap in half under their own weight.
good plan
dont crochet dont dreadball
leave em alone
they will find thier own way in
the splittings probly caused by what u did already
blunting the tips wasnt a good idea either now they will take 5 times ,=longer to dry
