@Kid Ayn Gibran I totally agree. I just like to share whatever works for me and if I can help even just one person then I feel good about it. I had severe eczema and the rinses along with eliminating wheat, dairy, and meat from my diet, exercise, and lots of sunshinehelped a lot as well.
I recently made a video about how I harvest my herbs and how I make the rinse so hopefully the ones who really need will be helped by it.
Your hairindeed looks very healthy!
Seems like a lot of people on this site are sleeping on this rinse, which is really sad esp. with people complaining of bad dandruff. I do this rinse bout twice/week and the bs/acv rinse when need (no more than once/2 weeks and always followed by this rinse). I don't have above normal levels of dandruff and even my mom, who greatly disapproves of my hair, can't deny how healthy my hair is.
@ Chris Mangum I let it cool after it comes to a boil. Once it cools off I strain it and put the tea in a big bowl. I use a cup and pour the rinse onto my scalp and dreads and let it air dry in the sun. Stay tuned for the youtube video I am going to do for this.
what do you do with that?
I wasn't at first either but one plant is a start. When I lived in an apartment I would pick rosemary off of a nearby bush. It didn't seem like it hurt the plant any if I relieved it of some of it's leaves. There are fresh herbs growing all over the place if you know where to look. When I take a hike by the river I found all sorts of herbs. I bought a lot of books about all the local herbs and that helped me to learn more about natural hair care.
I wish I had access to fresh herbs like you do. I always have to go to the grocery store. I have an aloe vera plant. I'll probably buy a rosemary bush soon, but I'm nothing close to a gardener.
