Thanks for your input, but I strongly disagree. When done correctly there is no damage to the dread and it helps speed up the process tremendously. I prefer the croched look and plan to continue keeping them tight. I am very careful not to rip any hairs I take a lot of time on them.

you can tell at 1st glance you used crochet..which is EXTREMELY BAD FOR DREADS
it does severe harm, prevents any dreading for 6 months and takes 3 years to recover from just one use!
throw the hook in the trash and read through the thousands of crochet recovery posts (note the crochet recovery sections new tbats why most crochet recovery posts are scattered in other sections)
knottuyboy should also be boycotted till they stop promoting wax use
