Scrub with dish soap for starters. Use it mainly on the dreads and avoid the scalp. Then do the wax removals like they are instructed in the DREAD WAX TRUTH thread at the top links.

heatt 1st boil out as much as u can very very carefilly then scrub with dawn dishj soap when u get the wax out stop combing stop conditioning do nothing dreads will happen with long hair it happens fast

Welcome!!Man you really need that wax out..it slows down dreading so much..dreads knot by moving against each other and forming tangles, and wax slows them and just sticks them togetherbut you're only a few days in so if you get it all out now then you shouldn't have any problems

welcome u should know wax is the worse thing u can do to dread well not worsdwee but is the number 1 reason dreads get cutget that wax outu should also know u were lied to neglect is the best way to dreadso once u get that wax out just leave em alone stop working on them

welcome if the gel dries your hair why use it at alkl
if u dont use the 1 you might not need the other
the less products u use the better if u can use none u should but your hair type needs moiture so pure aloe or jojoba is a better option
