Welcome. I'm glad you are working to get the wax out. Eagle's right about twisting. It forces too much torque on your scalp and roots, which pulls hairs out, and makes it difficult for them to grow back. This causes premature balding
look in featured vids retwisting causes traction alopecia and balding u force the roots to be too tight that causes traction ..tension the roots then refuse to grow u get wider and wider scalpy gaps the roots get thinner and thinner then dreds brak off and u find yiurself 3/4 bald
