Not doing too badly really - I think they're tightening as some of them were skinnier when I woke up before taking this, and when I last washed them they felt like rope. Fingers crossed =D

I'm going to try the salt water spray...tighten them up a little...mine are coming along well..pics on the way soon. The freedom of not forcing a comb through my hair is so liberating. I fell like I am just allowing my hair to return to its most natural state. Nice feeling.....anyway your locks are sweet!

I remembered that I also do salt spray once a week, leave it on for 3-4 hours and then wash my hair as normal =]

TY =]I backcombed them! But I knew this was OK for my hair - as normally I had to use a buttload of conditioner in it if I even wanted to get a brush through - it knotted so easily =SAnd then I bleached them too which made my hair even drier, and before dreading I made sure I gave it a good wash with residue free shampoo just to be certain. My hair was like straw when we came to do the backcombing, and my bf spent 10 hours doing them! He's a bit of a perfectionist so made sure they were really tight. Some parts of them are coming undone, but thats in between bits that are getting tighter, so they will have no choice but to knot eventually =D Some of my roots are also knotting together too, so will have to start seperating them before long!
