Well i suggest that you wash with baking soda, especially in the early stages of dreading! Lots of people really love it (as do i), and it really cleanses your hair and scalp! Also air drying your hair, and giving your head a shake will help too (: This is what i still do, but its totally up to you! There are more ways to wash your hair.
welcome .. your job cant not allow it its unconstitutional but u might have to figfht for your right start with requestiong the policy on hair in writting if it does not specificly state no dreadlocks then dread away after all its 1 person that said that not the company policy and he maybe biased but is still bound by the written pi]olicy
if it does specificly state no dreadlocks then you can write a letter to the head of the company explaining that that policy o]is religios descrimination and ilegal explau=in that dreadlocks are a part of every religion there is almost not just rastafarian but chtristian jewish muskl=lim hindu budhist ..u nsame it and therefor cannot be descriminated against when there is any spiritual reasons for dreading only purewly fashion dreads can be disalowed by law
they may not like it but they have to accept it its just like wearing a yamika or burka
