Welcome. Palm rolling only does 1 of 2 things. If done gently and not often, it won't creates any lasting knots. If lasting knots are formed, it is done too hard and will destroy locks.

welcome but root rubbings no good at ll maybe monthly u can be ok but its really no good to do palm rollings pointless it does nothing
but the roots should be left alone!
