So im confused on when im suppose to put salt water on my hair, like right before i wash my hair or can i leave it on for the whole day, and then wash it off cause it might leave residue?? idk i need some specific answers... thanks!

no longer then 2 hours b4 or just add to yoir bs wasgh

its not the residue thats an issue it over dries the haoir and scalp
