I'm guessing this is citrus based as i used a product called sticky stuff remover on my first set of dreads, though not designed for hair!! but for removing wax, grease from clothing, it did work, though i managed to come dreds out and start again, this was after about 10 months of dreads!

SE is this citrus oil based? I know the limonene in that is a natural solvent used in cleaning products to remove wax/grease/oils and that was the basis for our soap. Does that stuff wash out after along with the wax? I am interested in hearing more about how it works - perhaps our soap could be used after to get out any last bit of residue?
