Meditation Makes It Better [:
Thursday I woke up with a headache. Medication, good breakfast, and lots of water kept it from becoming a migraine, thank goodness. I had to work 8 to 5 that day and went on break around 11:30 still with a headache. After eating my lunch i had 10 minutes left of my break. So I meditated on each of my chakras. I spent extra time on my third eye and crown chakra because I often focus on the lower chakras and because of my head.. Its always so peace bringing. A little later I realized that my headache was gone. Just thought that was cool. What has meditation helped you with lately?
