Help! Natural remedies?

Hello all, I currently do not have insurance so Im looking for some natural remedies. I've had a killer soar throat for almost a week now; Ive been getting more sleep and trying to eat better as well as gargling salt water when I wake up and before I go to bed. My good friend also made me some tea but it didnt help. Its to the point where cough drops aren't even dulling the pain.. Please help me, Im open and appreciative to anything!
