Remedy for pain?? Arthritis/fibromyalgia-like

Ever since I was little I get these pains that I always figured it was normal. Usually it was on cold morning on my way to school and would be only my ankles and sometimes my wrists.For the last few years I get those same pains everywhere. My back, shoulders, elbows, hips, legs, ankles, feet, wrists, hands, fingers..sometimes one place, sometimes everywhere...I'm starting to think it's arthritis or fibromyalgia or something.It feels like when you get the flu and hurt everywhere without an exact spot, but a little worse. Or like when you have a joint that is pinching a nerve but you just can't pop itidk what triggers it either..sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's not, sometimes humid sometimes not. And it's not every day, but at least once or twice a week.....I haven't been to the doctor in years either...like right now, I've had it for 5-6 hours now and it's everywhere and it doesn't hurt really bad, but it's really frustrating..
