Welcome. Palm rolling wont do anything if you didn't use wax. And since you didn't use wax, there's no reason to palm roll. It will only do damage at this point

and bronners is great (if u dilute it alot) but in hard water it woll leave alot of residue check google for hard water maps and see igf u have hard water if so stop using bronners
