So i had this set of dreads for about a week now im doing the wool rubbing method and i was wondering if i should rub more than twice a day or less because its only been like a week and my heads pretty much has dreads every where and i dont want to damage my hair by rubbing too much

If you want to do anything, just put a wool blanket or sweater on your pillow, the tossing around while you sleep will help the knotting. As for your hair length, knotting may not start until hair is 5-6 inches long, but it sure will go into sections before then (that is if you have Caucasian hair)...peace

Yeah defs :) it'll all work out if you just don't mess with it too much and keep on top of separating, if you want to :)

Definitely be careful to not over do it, I started mine with the wool rubbing but all I did was give it a quick (like 5 seconds) rub all over first thing in the morning for the first three days and I haven't touched it since and mine are going great :)

I'd leave it. With any method, you only want it to be something you do in the very beginning. After that, you leave it be and let your hair dread. Hair loves to dread, and it dreads perfectly fine on its own, so you've given it a helping hand, but now you want to stop so you don't over-do it. If you mess with your hair or intefere too much, it delays the progress your hair is making on its own :)
