Welcome. Eagle's right about the crocheting. It does nothing to help your locks form. All it actually does is damages your hair and delays progress by about 6 months for each session. It makes you hair frizzier because it rips your hairs into smaller and smaller pieces. This weakens your locks and makes them hard and stiff. Themost mature locks should always be soft and spongy.
Because of the damage, if you crochet many times, if you ever decide to take your locks out, you'd have to cut your hair shorter. If done enough, you'd have to shave your head. The ripping isn't even and leave random size shards of hair.
its normal and u should do nothing to incorporate the loose hair they get sucked in over time but u should always huave some covering your scalp if u dont theres a problem just leave em alone from here on out
welcome but salons are a huge mistake knottyboys a scam you shyould start over if anyy wax at all was used if no wax was used then just wash them and seperate thats all nothing more dont buy asnything from knottyboy ever and avoid all salons!
Welcometo the community. Sorry to be the one to tell you, but you were badly scammed. Knotty boy and DHHQ are scammers. They trick people into using damaging products and techniques for profit. In reality, wax kills dreads. It traps water in and causes mold and rot. You need to remove it and the rubber bands ASAP. wax b gone is great, but dish detergent and hot water will work. Both will take a number of treatments, but the wax b gone will be far more effective.
