lol.. I only wash with the cyder vinegar monthly.. that is not a method I practice each week, yes I wash My hair more then just monthly, I am trying the treatments with vinegar, but now I am having second thoughts about the whole vinegar method, I think vineger is a little too strong, so I may try a different approach. and I do not want to twist My hair..but people are saying I should... but they have no dreads..

they look good healthy and strong though looks like u never fell into that retwisting or interlocking trap at least

welcome u mean u only wash monthly u should wash at least weekly but u shouldnt use regular shamopoos they  build up and eventualy can make  youir dreads stink
