Welcome. What exactly are you looking for? Semi permanent locks don't really exist outside of tying extensions into your hair. Naturally grown locks can be brushed out, no matter how old they are. It just takes a while ad a lot conditioner.
How long do you want locks for, that you only want them to be semi permanent? If you don't mind having to cut your hair shorter when you're done with them, you can crochet your hair. But the damage done from crocheting requires a descent amount of trimming when the locks are brushed out.
