I have stopped all palm rolling, unnatural maintenance after about a month in. I am at about 3 months 'natural'. @ Baba I barely scraped the top of the jar with the amount of wax I used. I couldn't go more than two days with it in before I washed it out with Dawn. I have used the Wax B Gone twice now, I will probably do it one more time in the next month? My hair got pretty fried from the accelerator, so I have been trying to not 'over do' it with goodness.

Welcome. Hopefully you stopped palm rolling too. And Eagle would know better, but 3 times with the wax b gone may not be enough. It all depends on how many times you used wax

dont ever go back for retightening they have to tighten themselves if u force then to be too tight theres no movement room so they dont dread right
wash when u feel like washing no more then a week eery 3 or 4 days is best

Eagle is right. Twisting once is fine, but getting them done again and again causes traction alopecia.
welcome since u started with twusts i should warn u never to retwist it thins the roots and leads to balding
