rubber bands are very bad they weaken the roots leavfe dents and after just 2 days removing them undoes knots they can become engulfed by the dread in a week and or melt into the dread and dry rot inside the dread leaving a permenant sticky goo in the dread never use rubber bands in dreads!

yea the hooks a dangerouse new fad its very very bad for dreads and i could guess cause her soaps are in our shops here and i use em too they are the best! and shes a total sweety
