i know u shouldnt use bs after chlorine the 2 reacte and make the hair waytoo alkaline i wonder if its the bleach or the bs that reacted with the clorine

No, Never palm roll. If you don't do it often, it won't do anything to create lasting knots. If you do it enough to see progress, it will severely damage your roots.
