Welcome. I guess Eagle already got to you about the problems with wax. He's right about it. It does nothing to help locks. It will only hurt them. And as for palm rolling, it will only do 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it often, it will do nothing to create lasting knots. If you do it enough to see progress, it will severely destroy your locks. I did it daily for 2 weeks, and 8 years later I am still trying to fix the damage

ut just glues hair together to resemble dreads then hardens to resemble maturing all the while preventing any actual dreading foe years even forever it never washes out trapping dirt and water and causing mold its the number 1 cause of dreads being cut
crochets worse it does extreme damage and 1 use prevents dreading for 6 months crochet recovery can take a very long time

wax can be removed with wax b gone though

the crochet was a bad idea not only does it do extreme damage but 1 use will delay progresss by 6 months typically
