ok good twists are a fine way to start in african hair ofcourse wax is evil
but many retwist all the time that causes traction alopecia and balding
ofcourse the absolute best way is natural/freeform theres no need for a loctician or to start them at all they will start themselves perfectly and look the best and are the healthiest
well thats good they never retwist at least thats rare
however they shouldnt palm roll either
on 1 hand it does nothing goid on the other hand it can be harmful
but also sounds like a typical loctician "never wash your hair unless u come in foier an aoointmewnt"
i would recomend avoiding all locticians and twisting yourself but if u must have them start them..never go baCK
JUST WASH 1-3 TIMES WEEK AND LEAVE EM BE
IF they tell u not to wash in the bewgining ignore them
